where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

You can either collect in store for free (subject to Covid-19 government restrictions) or get us to deliver to your area. We currently have a wide delivery radius from our store in Banstead. You can see our full list of areas we deliver to below. If your postal area is not yet included, drop us a call, as we may still be able to deliver!

Our average delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours after confirming your order with one of our staff however, we ask that you allow up to 7 days. Our deliveries normally take place from Mon to Sat between 09:00 and 18:00. Worried about missing your delivery? We have a dedicated delivery team who will keep you informed every step of the way!

Our team will be more than happy to install your new machine. The price for installations is only £25. We do have a few conditions to ensure your appliance is safely installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Our operatives will assess your plumbing and power in regards to the following:

Assessment – Of course, we want to get your appliance up and running in no time however, we will reserve the right to not install your machine if we feel safety and correct installation is being compromised.

Correct Plumbing – When installing a Washing Machine or Dishwasher, you will need a cold water feed as well as a waste pipe outlet in close proximity to the appliance location. We do not advise extensions on hoses as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Power Supply – In accord with the manufacturer’s instructions appliances must be directly plugged into the plug socket and not via an extension cable. Therefore your appliance must be installed within reach of a direct power supply.

Bought an appliance from us and need your old appliance removed? It’s free. The only thing we ask is that your appliance is fully disconnected prior to delivery. Please note, we do not remove American style fridge freezers.
