Grading

Our appliances are preowned, and returned to our suppliers at the end of their lease period.

We do not purchase items with known faults.

Once we obtain our appliances, we get our specialist engineers to thoroughly test and service them. They are then deep cleaned to a very high standard.

Standing by our products, we provide a 6 months warranty with all our appliances.

Both our Gold and Silver Grade appliances are all fully working, thoroughly serviced, deep cleaned, and guaranteed for 6 months (Can be upgraded to 1 years warranty on most appliances for an additional £20). The difference between the grading is cosmetic only.

Our products do not include manuals, and non integral accessories may be missing such as a fridge egg tray, or a tumble dryer wool basket.

We do not grade based on the condition of the sides of the appliances as these are usually hidden. Therefore, a gold appliance may have scratches or dents on the side panels.

Our Gold Grade items are in excellent cosmetic condition.

Any scratches, scuffs, dents or discolouration will be minor.

Our Silver Grade items may include noticeable scratches, scuffs, dents or discolouration on the front. Pictures will be included on the listing.

Shipping

You can either collect in store for free (subject to Covid-19 government restrictions) or get us to deliver to your area. We currently have a wide delivery radius from our store in Banstead. You can see our full list of areas we deliver to below.

Our delivery area and rates

Our average delivery time is within 5 days of placing your order! Our deliveries normally take place between 09:00 and 18:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Want to collect in-store? No problem. Our hours for collection are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours after purchase.

Installation

Our team will be more than happy to install your new machine. However, we need to ensure the following conditions are met.

Correct Plumbing – When installing a Washing Machine, Washer Dryer or Dishwasher, you will need a cold water feed as well as a waste pipe outlet in close proximity to the appliance location. We do not advise extensions on hoses.

Power Supply – Appliances must be directly plugged into the socket and not via an extension cable. Therefore your appliance must be installed within reach of a direct power supply.

Other Conditions – Our operatives will make an assessment on the day as to whether anything will compromise the installation of your machine, the safety of you and your appliance. Even if you have paid for installation, we reserve the right to leave your appliance uninstalled and refund the amount.

If we are delivering your appliance we will take away your old one for free. If you have paid for installation, there is no need to disconnect your appliance prior to our arrival.

Please note, we do not remove American style fridge freezers.

We charge £15 to install any washing appliances. The installation option will appear on checkout.

Dryers and Refrigeration appliances do not require installation.

Other

We do not provide physical copies. However, a digital copy can be provided upon request.
